Oceanview has
been tastefully refurbished throughout to a 4 * Scottish tourist board rating
and offers every possible comfort that visitors would desire.
Our cottage
sleeps a maximum of six people and consists of 2 floors
The Ground
floor – Kitchen
with dining area, utility/drying room, bathroom, living room and double bedroom.
The Upper
floor -
2 twin bedrooms and a shower room.
Fully fitted
modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, automatic washing machine, microwave,
electric hob, oven, grill, coffee machine, food processor along with all other
essential electrical appliances, crockery, cutlery and utensils necessary for a
fully function kitchen.
Also provided
in this spacious kitchen are a farmhouse pine dining table and six chairs.
Drying / Utility room
This
room is ideal for the storage and drying of outdoor clothing as it is well
heated and provides coat hooks, a tumble dryer, clotheshorse and a pulley. The utility room is
also fully fitted with light oak kitchen units and it situated next to the
kitchen.
Bathroom
Fully fitted
with a modern 3-piece bathroom suite. A shaving light and plug are also
provided.
Living room
The
centrepiece of this cosy evening room is the hand built stone and antique open
fireplace. Relax by a lovely coal fire in the comfortable 3-piece suite or
rocking chair. The living room also has a colour TV, CD player and video
recorder, all you need for the perfect evening by the fire.
Double
Bedroom
This
bedroom has a king-size pine bed with attractive co-ordinated bedding, curtain,
furniture and fittings. The room is furnished with 2 pine bedside cabinets, with
lamps, double dressing table with mirror and stool, bedroom chair and a
freestanding wardrobe. Also provided is a portable colour T.V, and hairdryer
2 Twin Bedrooms (upper-floor)
Both of these
rooms have 2 single beds and are tastefully decorated and furnished with co-ordinated
fabrics and furnishings. The bedrooms are furnished with both fitted and
freestanding pine furniture.
